A quiet time is a time window in which the box does not play, for example for homework, the midday rest or the night. They are under Playtime › Quiet times.

Creating a time window

  1. Switch on Quiet times active.
  2. Tap + Time window and set the weekdays, the start time and the end time.

Time windows may go past midnight (for example 20:00 to 7:00). Several windows per weekday are possible, such as homework from 3 to 4 pm and bedtime from 8 pm.

When a quiet time begins

Just like with the daily limit, you choose what happens when a quiet time starts: Stop immediately, Play track to the end or Play album to the end. Keep playing for at most also limits the extra time here.

During the quiet time the child sees a message on the display. You change its text under Settings › Appearance › Text on the display (Playtime and quiet times).
