About MuPiBox

Version
You need the installed version (e.g. 0.1.0-alpha.1) for bug reports. Available versions are listed under Updates.
Privacy & remote access
In the home network the box works directly and without a cloud. Only with remote access enabled does the app connection run through the MuPiBox relay at app.mupibox.de, end-to-end encrypted.

The relay does not store commands or payload data permanently. External services you set up yourself (Spotify, online voice output, Audible) receive the data they need under their own terms.
Licenses
The MuPiBox software is under the project license shown. The third-party notices come directly from the files of the installed release. The six included notification sounds are CC0 1.0.
